*Note - Chef Suzy is not a fan of fish options for large events. She believes that fish should be of quality which becomes very expensive for a crowd. Fish also requires a delicate cooking process where hot holding food for a large crowd becomes concerning. Shrimp is a better option if our client requires a seafood option. A cod which is a sturdy fish would also be a better choice for a catered entree.
